AdviCorp’s fully integrated convertible securities business covers European, US, Asian and Japanese convertibles.  We continue to build strong relationships with our clients servicing both the fundamental and hedge fund investor community.  Our dedicated convertible professionals possess an average of more than 10 years of experience in the sales, trading and pricing of convertible securities, from simple, plain vanilla bonds to mandatory preferred and convertible bonds with innovative and complex structures.  Our “bottom-up” approach is based on emphasizing company fundamentals (including equity and debt dynamics) as well as evaluating the technical characteristics of the product.  Our most recent initiative involves restructuring work-outs pertaining to select Asian convertible issuers.
