• Coraline SPA, the Italy based home and hospitality textile company and a portfolio company of JH Partners LLC, the US based private equity firm, has acquired Frette SPA, the Italy based home and hospitality textile company, from Fin.part Group, the Italy based holding company of Fin.Part S.p.A., the listed Italy based clothing and furnishings merchant wholesale company, for an estimated value of ¤ 60 million.
  AdviCorp acted as financial adviser to JH Partners LLC in rising debt financing from Interbanca and Banca Antonveneta for the acquisition of Frette S.p.A.
