RDB, the leading Italian
manufacturer of prefabricated concrete products for industrial/commercial
buildings, has acquired Precompressi for an undisclosed amount. Precompressi,
an Italian company, specialises in the production of precast concrete items
and has sales of about ¤ 30 million. AdviCorp advised RDB in this
transaction.
